P&A Scholars Beauty School is committed to providing quality education to all who desire a career in the field of Cosmetology, Manicuring , and Esthetics.  Our major objective is to provide scholars with the best possible training to master the necessary skills for a successful career in the beauty industry. We seek to create a challenging learning environment that encourages high expectations for success in order to reach each scholar’s full potential. We pledge to prepare our students to successfully pass the examinations and obtain licenses from the State Board of Cosmetology.  Our aspiration is to provide our students with a lifelong and  a successful career in the beauty industry.
